Beata Lubos

Economist, obtained a PhD from the Warsaw School of Economics at the College of World Economy, where she conducted research on the innovation policy of the Nordic countries. Since 2004, she has been professionally associated with the Ministry of Economy, where, as Director of the Department of Innovation and Industrial Policy at the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology, she was responsible for designing strategies and programmes aimed at increasing the innovativeness of the economy, for preparing the assumptions of legal acts, analyzes and support instruments implementing the goals of innovation and industrial policy. Currently, Director of the Center for International Cooperation and Research Excellence at Łukasiewicz – Institute of Aviation (Ł-ILOT), one of the largest research institutes of the Łukasiewicz Research Network.
