Oscar is the Indra ATM Director responsible for the iTEC collaboration and ATM innovation including SESAR. He is a graduated Master Aeronautical Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid in 1996.
Oscar seats in the iTEC alliance Steering Committee, the EUROCAE Council and the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) ATM Committee.
He has 25+ years of experience leading International Projects in the ATM and Defense sectors.
