Dr Eng. Sylwester Wyka

Sylwester is the Acting Director of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Aviation.

He is a manager and an engineer with many years of experience in the aerospace and automotive industries. He manages a research institute with an expertise in aviation, space, unmanned, composite, materials, additive, remote sensing, energy and mining technologies.

Sylwester is a representative in the Technical Committee to Clean Aviation, the  EU leading research and innovation program for zero-emission aviation. He is also a Coordinator and Board Member of the Future Sky at EREA and Vice President of IFAR. He leads the strategic research direction the “Defense and State Security” in the Łukasiewicz Research Network.

Sylwester holds a doctorate in social sciences in the field of management and quality. He also completed an Executive MBA at Polish Academy of Sciences.
