Following his PhD doctoral degree in the field of Computational Fluid Dynamics awarded in 1993 he had occupied several scientific positions at the private research center CERFACS in Toulouse. In 2001 he was appointed as managing director of the commercial CFD software provider (today) ANSYS located in Paris.
In 2003, he started freelance consultany services in the field of European project management before joining, in 2007, the innovation cluster Aerospace Valley that gathers major aerospace stakeholders in the South-West regions of France. In his current position as Deputy Director for International Affairs he is, amongst other, in charge of the international business development of small and medium sized enterprises that are member of Aerospace Valley. These activities comprise the relations with European aerospace cluster networks EACP and its global extension GACP.
With start of the 9th European framework programme “Horizon Europe” (2021-2027) he became nominated as “National Contact Point” for France (part time) for the transport domain under Cluster 5.
